Log into your DMS Engineering account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and protective seals remain intact and attached.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
